Art in Public Places of New Mexico

We are thrilled to announce that Vera Neel, artist and co-owner of Art Mozaik gallery, has had her oil painting Hollyhocks installed in October 2024 at City Hall in Las Cruces as part of the Art in Public Places program, an initiative by the New Mexico Arts Department of Cultural Affairs.
